Villa Sant'Andrea is located about 10 minutes drive to the city center of Cortona, at Localita' Farinaio, in the Province of Arezzo, Region of Tuscany, Italy.

Located in the eastern part of Tuscany, near the border with Umbria, just a little north of Lake Trasimeno, Villa Sant'Andrea is located about half way between Siena and Perugia, west and east, and about halfway between Florence and Rome, north and south.

Villa Sant'Andrea is withing walking distance (about a 15 minute walk) to the train station of Terontola di Cortona. In Terontola, there are many shops including: groceries, pharmacy, banks, bakeries, hot foods take-out, fresh handmade pastas, vegetable and fruit shop, two small cafe's, and some clothing and various other shops.

The ancient walled city of Cortona is under a ten minute drive.

It's origins are Etruscan, and it dates to 10 BC. Magical, enchanting, heart-warming, endearing. You will never forget your stay and your days in Cortona.
